Sally is responsible for the administrative duties of the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association (TCA). This includes management of the membership and beef quality assurance databases. Sally manages daily tasks around the office including billing, mailing, and general organization. She handles registration for convention and other events.

Sally resides in Christiana, Tennessee, with her husband, Russ. They have two children Foster and Lauren. As a family, they own and operate Cedar Forrest Farm which is a small Hereford cow/calf operation. She and her family enjoy attending Hereford cattle shows on the local, state, and national levels. Sally graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1993 with a degree in Animal Science. She joined the TCA team in the spring of 2022 but has over 17 years of experience as an office manager.
