During the American Shorthorn Association Annual Meeting on
October 23, delegates from across the country gathered to elect new ASA board members and officers at the Hilton Kansas City Airport.
Joe Bales of Morristown, Tenn. was elected president of the American Shorthorn Association during this meeting.
Bales will serve alongside eight other board members from across the United States. Bales was first elected to the American Shorthorn Association Board of Directors in 2017.
