Invitation to Meetings
You’re invited!
The Tennessee Cattlemen's Association is sponsoring a series of
meetings across the state to bring county association leaders
together to share ideas on how to make our association better. The
meetings will be held:
Monday Sept.
15th in Cookeville at the Golden Corral
(1380 Interstate Dr.) From I-40 Take the Willow Ave exit 286,
towards Cookeville. Go .4 miles and left on Interstate Drive for .9
miles.
Tuesday Sept.
16th in Dickson at the Catfish Kitchen
(3069 Highway 70 E. Burns Tn.) From I-40 take TN-48, exit 163
towards Dickson for 9.3 miles. Turn rt. onto US-70 BR/TN-235/W
College St. Stay on US 70 for 4.9 miles.
Wednesday
Sept. 17th in Lawrenceburg at Chaparral’s Steak House
(2475 hwy 43 N.)
Thursday Sept.
18th in Knoxville at Ramsey’s Restaurant
(5331 Central Ave Pike) From I-40 take
I-75 N toward Lexington. Take the Merchants Drive exit 108. Turn
right onto Merchants Drive then quickly left on Central Ave. Pike.
Meetings will
start at 6:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm. We will have motivational
speaker David Hunter share his message on how to lead. County
officers will share ideas on how they have improved their local
association. Commissioner Ken Givens or his representative will
share the latest information from the Tennessee Dept. of Agriculture
and Nate Jaeger from the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association will
talk about National issues. We have tried to contact all county
officers to invite them to this meeting but sometimes our mailing
list is not up to date so please share the word with your fellow
officers. Also any member interested in helping his association grow
is welcome to attend weather he is an officer or not. We do ask that
you RSVP by Sept. 10th so we can let the restaurants plan
for our party. You can RSVP by email at
